During the project period of 2nd quarters, the project shall have ample time to engage in income to keep sustain the program, having been relieved of the burden of taking care of setting up the program. With the international community searching for ways to address poverty in Africa, and the global economic recovery shifting priorities towards social return on investment, momentum is shifting in favor of the program
Exit poverty will use “Breakthrough Inspire Change” program available at http://www.exitpoverty.org/InspireChange.aspx to show others success of the program and through it more intermediaries would encourage to be players in the sector & replicate our efforts. We will share lesson learnt from program (outcome from implementation) with donors and institutions through media and our website
Monitoring & Evaluation.
Exit Poverty monitors project progress and evaluates performance to ensure its work is making a positive and lasting impact on the people we serve. Project outcomes are measured against goals and objective standards to continually improve the quality of our programs. Exit Poverty will implement quarterly Performance Management Plan using Key Objectives, Goals, Measures, Target, Activities (KOGMA) contain the Key performance indicators KPI to measure progress towards achieving each of the results.
