Overview
Majority of marginalized Africa’s citizens have neither the awareness nor have the opportunity to access formal justice due to high cost of legal services, at the backdrop of this, they states have failed to actively and meaningfully involve them in governance. When poor citizens engage with governance and access to justice, broader social dividends are achieved. Disputes over natural resources are resolved, livelihoods are protected, healthcare is improved, and economic exploitation is reduced. Ordinary citizens must obtain accessible justices & power to make changes in their communities, to have the ability to exercise their values, determine their destiny. There no institutions offering platform where low income citizen can access justice and engage on governance
