Exit Poverty programme is designed to help under-served small enterprises in 5 African countries to fulfill their potential – and in turn bring sustainable jobs and economic growth. It targets marginalized to start or expand business, promoting their micro-business by providing an opportunity to access to credit, nurturing their small entrepreneurs to survive and grow during the startup period when they are most vulnerable.

Exit Poverty, in partnership with financial institutions, has developed a business model that was succefuly piloted in Africa 2009 and proven to create sustainable employment through the integrated provision of mobilization, skills and finance to small enterprises, while generating financial returns for micro financing institution.

It harness the resources that enhance microenterprises development by integrating them into growing value chains, expanding their access to market, linking them financial services  and provides  enabling environment for  growth. Exit Poverty works with many community based organization, self help group, associations organized into federations with partnership with Exit Poverty.

Exit Poverty objective to empower vulnerable group by avoiding handouts and providing useful support without destroying the self-initiative, self-determination and self-responsibility of communities in their own development. Our center is seeking funds to see through expansion of program to cover the 5 countries.
